The following form is required to apply to Sturgis. Please print the form, complete, sign and return to the school during the enrollment period along with the two essays requested.
The second enrollment period will be from January 11-February 5 with the lottery on February 11 at 2:30. There will be an information session on Tuesday, February 2 at 7:00p.m.
